• Led the analysis and monthly reporting cycle on spend and sales data to provide insight into the Cost-to-Acquire for 5 sales channels in multiple regions, delivering monthly savings analysis for senior stakeholder validation. • Lead for the on-boarding and risk assessment process for over 40 new vendors achieved through collaboration with multiple internal stakeholder groups, including business partners, resilience and IT.

• Led the analysis and interpretation of company spend data in excess of $1 billion to identify opportunities for cost reduction, vendor consolidation, and process improvements realizing savings of $20 million in 2017. • Optimized the facilities management process of fracking crews by working with stakeholders to develop an excel based model to facilitate contract negotiations, resulting in annual savings in excess of $10 million. • Led the negotiation of global contracts and pricing on over $4 million in annual spend on vehicle rentals to achieve savings of $1.4 million, taking a lean approach with vendor selection and vehicle options. • Organized and led strategic supplier reviews with contracts worth in excess of $40 million to align offerings with changing business needs, maintaining contract compliance utilizing KPIs to realize $2 million in annual savings. • Led the development of specific category strategies using market and internal data to align business activities to company standards and processes assuring efficiency and effectiveness in contracting and purchasing reporting to Senior Directors. • Researched external global supply markets to develop market price inflation and change models to guide top level strategic financial decisions.

• Generated over $11.2 million in annualized savings for a variety of categories throughout the organization, including specialty chemicals, mined products, metals, and MRO products, by managing stakeholder requirements through the execution of strategic sourcing projects. • Provided strategic and technical support to various global teams for over 50 sourcing events including live e-Auctions becoming the single global subject matter expert for the company e-Sourcing platform while expediting efficient project completion. • Successfully developed and implemented the risk mitigation plan for over 60 sole-source chemicals supporting over $500 million worth of business. • Created and implemented an online training course and process map for e-Sourcing with a focus on live e-Auctions, delivering training to multiple global sourcing teams.

• Led the analysis, interpretation, and validation of savings data on a weekly basis to develop presentations for the Executive Committee to provide updates on the global Cost Reduction Initiative. • Developed a should cost and price change model for fracking sand based on public company financial data and relevant market constraints to drive effective pricing negotiations with top sand providers.

• Utilized Microsoft Excel to maintain daily operations of over 15 drilling rigs and multiple completion stage rigs for a major oil and gas company. • Set up and managed accounts for contractors and partners, determining appropriate levels of access as necessary. • Contacted drilling managers and other rig workers to attain operations reports. • Distributed data and reports to the appropriate client readers and monitored accuracy.
