Responsible for the scheduling, allocation and management of annual leave for 900+ employees within Leeds mail centre. Record keeping, overtime scheduling and payments and management of the flexible hours system.

Customer facing with a focus on high quality customer service. Responsibilities included taking general enquiries and phonecalls from staff and management as well as operating the tannoy system, shift hours reporting and management of late attendance and sick absence.

Started working at the Majestyk nightclub as a glass collector in 1997 and stayed with the company until it closed its doors in 2006. During this period I worked practically every job within the night club from bar support, bar man, promotions, security, front of house, cellar man, senior supervisor, stock control, dancer, electrical technician, administrator and bars manager. I was also employee of the month on more than one occasion!
