Production manager I am fully responsible for the operation of the factory on a day to day basis. This is a cooked food operation for supermarkets and retail. Achieving high output’s volumes of product’s maintaining all standards and quality and minimum costs. All transport for both incoming and deliveries. Key skills: Operational skills •Liaising with Managing Director with product stock, staffing and logistics. Producing of fresh cooked meat product’s to the highest standard with in compliance of the food standards BRC and FSSC 22000:2011 the department of agriculture. •Meeting targets and deadlines for the costumers. • Carrying out health and safety to a high standard at all times. •Health and safety issues and all documents. •Hygiene and Quality issues.

I was Logistics coordinator on the Great Island gas Pipeline looking after all the requirements that was need for the line. Also looking after transport for the employees to and from the airport and there accommodation .
