My career started in engineering, but an early challenge redirected me into retail, where I discovered a passion for understanding consumers and solving real-world problems. I spent several years at ServiStar, learning the value of great service, clear communication, and practical solutions. That foundation shaped my move into wholesale, where I managed national key accounts, after-sales service, and exports in the power tool sector. In 2005, I joined Creative Housewares, stepping into the dynamic world of small domestic appliances. Over the years, I’ve helped guide the business through major growth, including our integration with Spain’s Taurus Group, expanding our capabilities and reach across South Africa and beyond. Today, as Managing Director, I lead an incredible team committed to delivering innovative, reliable, and accessible appliances for every household. My focus is always on strategic growth, operational excellence, and creating products that truly meet the needs of diverse consumers.
