Responsibilities: • Ensured ISO 13485, GMP and JGMP compliance through internal audit. • Coordinated for customer audit and third-party audit. • Preparation of ISO 13485 recertification and FDA inspection. • Follow up audit findings (CAPA) using Agile system. • Verified installation, operational and performance protocol (IQ, OQ and PQ)

Responsibilities: • Developed and designed an effective & user-friendly process and system in meeting company objectives. • Supported an effective inventory movement between warehouse and stock points to ensure inventory accuracy. • As the owner of receiving process, ensured receiving is smooth and participated in problem solving discussion related to receiving process such as placing and IQA. • Continuous identification for areas of improvement on process & system to fulfill external and internal customer requirements, and meeting market needs. • Understood and analyzed user requirements to provide the best process and system solution to support the operation efficiently. • Reviewed new system functionality requirements, testing, process & system training, and implementation to site users are well as other sites users (global user). • Controlled & reviewed user access to prevent SOD conflicts. • Involved in cycle count to ensure physical inventory is tally with system inventory to avoid financial inaccuracy. • Shift support for warehouse and production during Baan implementation to ensure smooth operation. • Provided support to warehouse and production after Baan implementation and prepared for next phase implementation in another Penang site. In the meantime, provided support for the site using Infimacs system (older system).
