● Electrical Erection and Commissioning of BOPP Line (Multilayer Extruder Plant, 8.7 Mtr) in collaboration with Bruckner Group, Germany. ● Electrical Erection and Commissioning of EOT Cranes (RP2 18 TON, RP7/9 3TON, CPS 10+10 TON, CPS 3TON) with the collaboration of Bonfanti Group, Italy. ● Electrical Erection and Commissioning of Metallizer Machine K5000 with the collaboration of Bobst Group, UK. ● Electrical Erection and Commissioning of Material Conveying System with the collaboration of Bonfanti Group, Italy. ● Electrical Erection of Auxiliary supplies/Boiler, Chiller, AHUs. ● Electrical Erection & Commissioning of CG170-CAT Gas Engine (2 MW). ● 1 MW Solar System Installation. ● Performed in-depth electrical acceptance testing of completed hardware. ● Led the planning and execution of equipment upgrades and modifications. ● Preventive, Breakdown Maintenance and Troubleshooting for the Production Line, Metallizer, Slitter, Cranes, and conveyors. ● Coordination with Production departments with respect to daily workings and maintenance planning.(Keeping Minimum Downtime) ● Complete Inventory Management of Bonfanti EOT Cranes, Bobst Metalizer, and Bruckner Film Line. ● Preventive maintenance and checklist of EOT Cranes for safe operations. ● Critical calibrations of dosing systems, Processes, and Cranes Overloading. ● Email writing to OEM regarding plant problems and seeking their expert input. ● KPI building of the department & Training for the Team Members. ● Minimum downtime at the plant. ● Managing the teams, achieving targets, and report writing. (Available 24 hrs. on call). ● Procedures and SOPs compilation of the machine’s processes and critical calibrations.
