Ahn Jinyong

I had known Joseph as one of his managers while he was working at Samsung Electro-Mechanics. In one occassion, we worked together writing our ALD paper where Joseph was one of the co-authors. He was a great team player and worked well with other engineers. One of his many acheivements can be found from his CCTO projects. They are thin film processes and calcination and sintering bulk processes for MLCC. In this effort, he made some remarkable acheivments on both CCTO projects. He acheived a dielectric constant over 100 for his thin film process at room temperature when most devices for lower dielectric performance require temperatures above 300C detrimental for semiconductor processes. He also improved the dielectric performance for our MLCC sintering and calcination processes by 400% to 500% for his bulk CCTO. In view of this, I consider Joseph as a competent researcher and engineer with great promise and thus recommend him highly.
