With a career of over 25 years, I have had the chance to work in diverse and various functionalities, such as quality, patient safety, risk management, occupational health and safety, strategic planning, performance improvement, facilities management, outsourced services management, human resources, information technologies, project management, data analysis and executive reporting, environmental management, and sustainability. More than 15 years of my career was in healthcare. As an industrial engineer, learning fast, seeing things from a broader scope, understanding real-life problems, and combining diverse functional skills to solve problems are my core competencies. Besides my analytical and technical skills, I can understand and adapt to various organizational cultures with my soft skills. I believe that coordination, communication, and collaboration in a working environment are crucial, and all my hard and soft skills make me a good leader or team player wherever I work. I want to expand, share and use my expertise and skills internationally as a healthcare leader.
