Training lasted for a week. I learned about Painting, in-service inspection, corrosion monitoring and Cathodic Protection

The training lasted for 2 weeks. It involved topics such as: Safety, Raw Materials, DR processes, Labs, Product Development & Customer Service, QC for Flat Steel, and QC for Long Products.

The training was very effective and included very topics such as: Introduction to safety, risk management, and hazard control, Inspection techniques for tanks, vessels, and pipelines, Coating system that applied to tanks and pipelines, Cathodic protection and inhibitors, Corrosion monitoring, Lifting system and its techniques in the rig.

The training was for one week in Salam field. I learned about Cathodic Protection, Corrosion Monitoring, Chemical Inhibitors, Painting, in-service inspection, and RBI

Training lasted for two weeks. It was a great experience for me as I gained many skills that will affect my future career. I know more about the steel making industry such as DRI, Melt-shop, Refractories, CCM, TSC, Rolling, Limestone, and Quality Control.

It was a great opportunity for me to take this position as I gained more skills from this position such as time management, multi-tasking, self-development, project management, teamwork, problem solving, .... etc.

We increased our information about the five methods of NDT (VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT). We also known about painting techniques and surface preparation. We known more about welding technologies and the approaches of welding (SAW, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW).
