Implement process improvements to enhance machine performance and product quality. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to paper manufacturing and machine functionality. 🔹 Production Planning & Coordination Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand while ensuring resource efficiency. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Analyze production data to forecast potential bottlenecks and suggest proactive solutions. 🔹 Machinery & Equipment Management Oversee operations of NTT, Crescent Former, Andritz Prime Line Compact, and other paper machines. Ensure regular preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime. Work closely with engineering teams to implement technical upgrades and process automation. 🔹 Safety & Compliance Enforce workplace safety regulations and best practices to prevent accidents. Conduct training sessions for team members on IWS (Integrated Work System) and emergency response. Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards in paper manufacturing. 🔹 Team Leadership & Training Guide and mentor production staff to enhance productivity and technical skills. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the team. Conduct cross-functional training to improve workforce adaptability and performance.
