1- Lead and coordinate all manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource management, and engineering maintenance. 2- Act as the primary liaison to the Plant Manager, reporting on production performance, KPIs, and operational risks. 3- Analyze operational and financial data to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and improve output efficiency. 4- Supervise and mentor team leaders, technicians, and floor staff, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all shifts. 5- Enforce strict compliance with safety policies, government regulations, and the Mondi Group’s Safety Annex. 6- Ensure staff are trained and equipped to work safely, effectively, and in line with operational standards.

1- Develop and oversee quality control procedures to identify defects or deviations from quality standards during the production or service delivery process. 2- Continuously assess and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 3- Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to the organization's products or services. Ensure that the organization complies with these standards and regulations. 4- Conduct internal audits to assess the organization's adherence to quality standards. 5- Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues or defects. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address underlying problems and prevent their recurrence. 6- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials or services. Establish and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to support overall quality goals.

1-Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. 2-Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. 3-Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. 4-Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. 5-Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. 6-Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action. 7-Reviews documentation associated manufacture of products on the manufacturing floor during production. 8-Coordinates activities associated with deviation resolution and CAPAs to facilitate investigations and assure timely closure. 9-Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments according to the work needs

1- Follow up the paper craft sack production from the original row materials to the palletizing area, as process wise controller and equipment stability and troubleshooting. 2- Discuss and face working problems and expected problems. 3- Co-ordinate all Maintenance activities for the plant in fully compliance with HSE rules to ensure the required availability and reliability. 4- Monitor, operate and deal with troubleshooting in plant. 5- Ensure that all machines in the plant running in safe mode and in good condition. 6- Communicate with all plant departments to ensure that the produced sack achieve the requirements. 7- Leading the shift to get the highest production with perfect quality keeping our environment clean. 8- Training program for my shift persons to improve their skills. 9- Apply the vision of my company. 10- Reporting to production manager and prepare the production daily, monthly and annual report.

Med Star is a leading plastic manufacturer in the middle east , Medstar Group has 3 grand factories that operates several product lines; house ware, catering, kitchen and storage products. 1 -I had worked on "Medstar Al –Watanyia" produced house ware products. 2- I was responsible for the execution of the electrical maintenance of the plastic injection machine, including protective maintenance, and curing maintenance in the case of electrical problems. 3-Reporting to maintenance head section and prepare the machine faults daily, monthly, and annual report. 4-Facing working problems with high professional technical team under my supervision to keep on the reliability of the machine. 5-Training programs with my team to improve our skills.

1-I was responsible for three project (installation of fiber optical cables), it was (Port-Fouad-Eltina), (Abo Homs-Nubria), and (Elsokhna-Abo Sultan). 2-Follow up installation from prepare cables, welded cables, testing, and deliver the site ready to usage. 3-Reporting to project manager and prepare the daily report of asphalt we had done. 4-Leading my technical team to have the best productivity with the least cost, and highest efficiency. 5-Discuss and face working problems, and expected problems.

PROJECT: While I was an Engineering Student in the Senior Year; I've visited SHELL Lubrication Oil Factory in Egypt in a group of my Engineering Colleagues; We found that the Lubrication Oil is being saved in barrels which is stored in a horizontal position; in the same time it was being closed Manually, so if any human failure happened; it may cause in an unsafe Oil leakage. Here comes the Idea to make an Automation Solution to close the Oil barrels Automatically to avoid the Human failure factor in this strategic facility! We were a group of 9 Senior Year Engineering Students; we started to exchange the ideas until we had a full solution which had been executed in about seven months
