The FinTech Delivery Panel consists of a combination of leading UK-based FinTech start-ups, scale-ups and financial services institutions, as well as HM Treasury and FCA representatives. The intention is for the core Panel members to establish key collaborative, industry initiatives and to drive forward their delivery.

The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) Panel is established by statute and is independent to the PSR. The Panel's role is to contribute towards the effective development of the PSR's strategy and policy and offer advice and early input on the PSR's work. Appointed by the PSR Board to present views from the perspective of Indirect Payment Service Providers.

Project finance Acquisition and infrastructure finance Experience advising on a number of (re)financings/acquisitions for both bank consortiums and sponsors, including of Stansted, Luton, London City, Newcastle and Copenhagen airports, High Speed 1 (the Channel Tunnel Rail Link), power plants, international ports and oil pipelines, as well as advising on a government guarantee scheme.
