Job Duties Highlights: - Leading a team consists of technical Engineers and architects in terms of vacations, absences, daily work schedule and visits, projects updates and regular reporting. - Communicating deadlines and sales goals to team members, Handling projects plan, assign responsible team member. - Value engineering specific projects in order to present optimum solution for consultants and project owners. - Ensuring deliverable are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule - keeping detailed records of important projects data and orders timeline management - Ensuring continuous follow up with consultants on ongoing projects and upcoming tenders. - Building up a professional specification know how, tools, database and Network. - Conducting the strategy of work with Suppliers including: Communication & negotiations (agreements, requirements, prices, discounts) - Setting team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks. - Providing and familiarizing the team with customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance. - Assisting in reviewing contracts and P.O conditions. - Coordinating with other managers to obtain necessary actions to finalize tasks related to technical team scope. - Assisting management with hiring processes and new team member training schedules.

-Proposing Lighting Design ideas & solutions. - Studying Projects Specifications, and propose complying alternative solutions. - Pricing estimation, preparing technical submittals and compliances. - Following up projects, clients' requirements and inquiries. - Coordinating with sales staff work plans and submittals flow schedule. - Achieving good fulfill contacts with clients. - Helping in seminars arrangements. - Preparing ROI studies

Selected Highlights: - Rebuilding the organizational chart and defined new values for the new vision developed by the board. - Onboarding 78 members and provide them with both vocational and non-vocational trainings. - Increasing the retention rate by 80%. - 60% of the team applied for leadership positions (succession plan). - Achieving financial stability for the following season (x3 the previous season budget). - Providing the team with the crucial materials needed for future seasons. - Initiating two entrepreneurial projects provide the need of clean water that impacted 100+ people.
