Using Injection machines &molds. -Leading and managing the production program according to clients' needs, and in coordination with the Logistics Manager. -Planning and manage production staff activity. -Develop and coordinate employee training and evaluation pinpointing critical issues, needs and potential of workers. -Measuring and verify production resource consumption rates (materials, people, services) with the aim of continued improvement and optimization daily. -Planning the technical interventions e.g. mold changes, schedule maintenance of machinery, equipment and utilities. -Guarantee production line efficiency and product quality, keeping stable all fixed process parameters. -Guarantee and verify compliance to all workplace health, safety and environmental norms, applying best -practices to ensure that work areas are kept clean, orderly and secure. -Defining my planning target for next year for (increasing productivity & reduce cost). -I'm a fast-learning Individual who enjoy working with others and learning from them. -I have ability to learn in short time. -I take my carrier seriously and welling to work hard and under pressure to progress. -Good Communication skills. -Spokesperson. -Leader.
