Over the course of five years at Mediastow, I progressed from a Clerk to a Lead in the Operations Department, gaining comprehensive experience across various facets of media and IT management. My responsibilities included managing print media projects, crafting press releases, and developing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. I was deeply involved in OCR handling and other document processing workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. As a team leader, I managed a dynamic team of over 25 experts, overseeing daily operations, workflow optimization, and quality control. Additionally, I handled server management and IT-related tasks, including system administration, troubleshooting, debugging, and system maintenance, ensuring seamless operations across the organization. My diverse skill set and leadership experience enabled me to contribute effectively to Mediastow's operational excellence, driving process improvements and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Completed a Master’s in Data Science with a strong focus on applied analytics and real-world problem solving. Gained hands-on experience in AI and Machine Learning, predictive modeling, and deep learning approaches using Python and R. Worked with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning for model development and deployment, and applied advanced data visualization tools and techniques for insight-driven decision making. Actively participated in seminars, leadership gatherings, data talks, meetups, and collaborative discussions, strengthening both technical expertise and strategic thinking.
