As a Risk Manager at Parsons, I leverage my 20 years of experience and PMP certification to manage risks for various types of mega projects in the Middle East. I work with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to develop and implement risk management plans and strategies that ensure the successful delivery of complex and challenging projects. My core competencies include project planning, coordination, and control, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Project. I have contributed to projects such as airports, SWCC, hospitals, aircraft maintenance hangars, and residential developments, mitigating risks related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and environment.
