Perfectly aware of all agencies work in ports (issuing all Cargo documents (Bills of lading – Cargo Manifest – Statement of facts long form and short form). · Can deal with all SPS systems and Nafeza system. · Dealing with all parties in the Alexandria Port Authority · Communicating / mail exchanging with all parties concerned. · Making all communications with Shippers / Recipients. · Very aware with all RO-RO vessel procedures and work in Egyptian ports.

· Establishes working processes and internal systems for the operations department to allow colleagues to achieve the best service to their customers. · Works on developing and improving relations with all parties that the company deals with in different ports to ensure the flow of business with them within the established systems. · Works on developing and improving the relations with different customers and intermediaries like vessel operators and lines and shipping agents to ensure the flow of work with them and solve any problems in their operation in a timely and appropriate manner. · Coordinates with all company departments to solve any problems or difficulties faced to provide an outstanding level of service to different customers of the company. · Respond to the agents /clients in any queries related to operations and coordinate with financial department in case of any disputes with the agents, and work to resolve them between concerned dept. · Following up all ships movement and supervising all agency work from the arrival until the sailing time of the ships. Fulfilling all requirements of ship's captain, owners and charters. · High knowledge with all port regulations and terminal rules. · Fully aware with the following duets: · preparing the vessel bay plan, voyage plan, and cargo list & vessel departure reports. · Sending and receiving mails from customers, agents of ships lines and ports. · Plan handling goods and making sure of right positions / stability at ship bays. · Sending a daily vessel position to shipping lines booking dept. · Responsible for supplementing loading and discharging documents for the terminal. · High knowledge of terminal regulations and documents.
