My Major activities are: • Communicates DePuy vision and goals and create and communicate the strategy and tactics to the organization • Setting marketing strategies. • Setting products strategies and product mix. • Price development and pricing strategy. • Depuy branding and brand development. • Leading the sales team technical and clinical training. • Technical and clinical support to sales team. • Leading account conversion programs and KOL management. • Managing the HCP s professional education activities. • Provide clinical expertise through consultation, education and training of DePuy products to both internal (employees) and external (customers). • Provide best-practice solutions to customers in partnership with the Product Specialist in the execution of plans that meet or exceed the Company’s business objectives. • Responsible for developing long- term customer relationships, which build loyalty and confidence in DePuy as the preferred vendor. • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts while positioning and delivering economic and value-related solutions. • Work very closely with the sales managers and sales team to coordinate & execute new product launches, product evaluation, samples requests and inventory, recall and complain process.
