• Planned and implemented a major three tier data center migration including configuration of Network load balancers, IPS and two layers of firewalls and three layers of switches. • Designed and lead the implementation of a network enhancement project including wired, wireless and security for the organization’s building. • Involved in all infrastructure projects phases providing technical guidance and assisting management make the right decisions. • Constructed and maintained updated and accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams and related systems. • Heavily participated in cloud to in country application migrations project. • Participated in optimizing the organization’s public website performance by designing the infrastructure of overseas instances. • Responsible for managing daily network operations and providing L2 support for other network engineers. • Responsible for reviewing infrastructure reports and proposal of required enhancements.

Providing guidelines before the proposal is submitted to Customer. • Coordination with 3rd party vendors for onsite Equipment installation and Other Etisalat teams to fulfill CPE provisioning. • Remote configuration of CPE's as per the proposed design. It can be Main/Backup/DR setup. Active-Standby, Active-Active configuration as per customer requirement. • Configuration of advanced features like GET VPN, 3G GPRS leased line, 3G tunnels, BGP attributes for route preference and filtering, Redistribution, Route Leaking, IP Sec, SSL VPN, HSRP, IP SLA tracking etc. • Remote Live migration of sites, analyzing network diagram for special advanced configuration, coordination with customer to understand requirements • Testing LAN to LAN reachability, MPLS Failover (Main/Backup/DR), MPLS-3G Failover by coordinating with customer. Testing of 3G end-to-end tunnel configuration from Branch CPE to Head Office 3G GPRS routers. • Preparing technical documentation for possible scenario of Solutions & Advanced setups • Following the ITIL standards of Incident/Event/Configuration/Change/Release & Problem Management for the all the Banking and Enterprise customers. • Managing the Network Operations (WAN) for the Etisalat customers which include: o BANKS (ATM Network) o GOVERNMENT of Abu Dhabi and Dubai o SCHOOLS o HOTELS
