Create capital rebuild plan yearly based on meter reading , compartment oil analysis and operator pre-start check list. Using business intelligence production reports to monitor the assets efficiency, utilization, cost per hrs, asset down time, total asset analysis and individual. Applying of continuous improvement system in the WS and improve the technician skills Manage the stores and fix consumable items list min&max stock , Build other items stock to be every 6 month , Following the company policy in the procurement roll in the site for local parts stock items that ordered through store keeper and non-stock items that ordered through maintenance planner under WO. Provide technical data, prices, comparisons, availability and submit recommendations for procurement of new equipment Negotiate with the dealers technically and financially to get good prices of rebuild with good service Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements.Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace. assessment the risks of daily jobs in the WS ,Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
