Administer, support the corporate Microsoft based infrastructure products (ISA, Exchange2003 & 2010, Active Directory 2003 & 2008, SMS, MOM) • Implement and maintain the necessary firewalls (Sonic wall) access rules based on the corporate business needs. • Monitor and control the Internet and Internal network traffic through the use of Microsoft firewalls and / or third party monitoring and control applications if needed. • Administer and maintain the corporate Web Filters for Internet security based on the corporate Internet usage policy • Administer and maintain the corporate E-Mail filters for corporate E-mail security and SPAM protection based on the corporate E-Mail usage policy.

•To install, configures, and troubleshoots hardware and Software. •Give an online assistance inside the company. •Support the development and maintenance of local area network. •Identify, research, and recommend solutions to technical issues as needed. •Service Support & participating in building the network. •Installing Windows 2000 & 2003 Server, Implementing & managing group policy & configuring DC's,DNS and DHCP.
