- Manage all procurement activities for LTPs projects in Egypt, developing project and commodity strategies, creating procurement plans with schedules. - Lead scaffolding commodity activities across the MEA region. - Manage the O&M site buyer's activities by reviewing and approving POs, SSJs, and other procurement related documents. - Launch e-biddings/auctions and ensure implementation of regional and global agreements and best payment terms to support cash flow and working capital. - Deal with various commodities by updating the current vendor list, enhancing commercial negotiations, and identifying new vendors for each commodity through competitive tendering and searching for cheaper, technically acceptable alternatives. - Manage EPC tender for Siemens Energy Central Warehouse in Egypt for direct and indirect procurement (New Capital Plant). - Work on achieving savings targets and commercial negotiations in local and foreign markets. - Manage supplier relationships (SRM) by establishing project preferred supplier lists, providing supplier information to the project team, managing supplier quality and evaluations with SQD team, and conducting regular meetings with suppliers. - Analyze and identify cost-saving opportunities (savings targets).

Onshore EPC : - Ensure compliance with company procedures for procurement of goods, services, contracts, agreements, and works. - Maintain 100% compliance with the Company's Code of Ethics. - Foster long-term, cost-effective relationships with vendors. - Review and analyze external contracts before management sign-off. - Prepare technical-economic tabulations and complete contract processes. - Attend monthly client meetings to discuss maintenance team needs and vendor long-term contract plans. - Follow up on branch, department, and project needs. - Prepare and issue Letters of Intent (LOIs) in accordance with company General Terms and Conditions (GTC). - Develop procurement plans for project tendering teams. Offshore : - Develop contract, frame agreement, and purchase order strategies. - Conduct RFQ and tender processes, including technical and commercial bid analysis and negotiation. - Perform statistical tabulations for commercial comparisons of received tenders. - Manage annual services and materials contracts or frame agreements. - Prepare and conduct negotiations, ensuring technical specifications match requirements and economical specifications are consistent with those reported in the final contract. - Conduct critical analysis, add revisions, and contribute to the preparation of tender lists, contract strategies, and tender evaluation plans

- Working on stock control and inventory. - Coordinate work tasks with staff of the Department. - Follow up the daily workshop needs. - Open new outlets (retail – fleet& wholesale) - Staff training. - Working on the turnover of inventory (Spare parts).

- Create procurement System using excel and Staff training. - Calculate the stock of goods and days Turnover ratio. - Review on stock reports. - Review on pricing System. - Manage supplies of raw materials, marketing products (Spare parts / vehicles)

Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions and coordination with the CEO and Production Manager to Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning and logistics departments, to acquire inventory of steel , Chemicals and oils; that used in trucks industry, using a cost effective and timely manner. Processes purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers. communicating with all related departments to cover all needs & Supplies to be settled. -Obtain competitive price quotations from both local and foreign vendors. - Review purchase orders and attachments. - Responsible of all purchases related to the manufacture (local & foreign) and meet end user specifications. - Vendor management. - Follow up of all purchase order and update the status daily/weekly basis. -File procurement documents and correspondence in accordance with established filing system. -Take and place telephone calls to vendor requesting for invoices, follow-ups on deliveries, price inquiries and ensuring that contracts are administered as stipulated.-Define a plan to continuously optimize the number OD suppliers as appropriate Inventory. - Submission of weekly reports to the procurement manager.

-Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.. -Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions -Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. -Maintains records by invoices, debits, and credits. -.follow-up all Returns , and completed by following the rules of procedure of the company. - Follow-up accounts and Balances distributors in the company. -Matching the book balance with the outstanding report received from the banks. - handling & preparing month-end treasury reporting, manage the cash transactions along with the loans and overdrafts in addition to the reviewing of the bank reconciliation. -Daily coordination with the bank for receiving the cash. -Responsible for inventory operations on the stores for spare parts. -Ensure safe custody of collected cash. -Responsible for coordination between the stores and financial administration.
