Looking for new Vendors to fulfill new enquiries. Monitor Raw material prices & Negotiate prices with Vendors. Make regular Evaluation for current suppliers in vendor list. Identify the materials and tools needed to complete the facility processes as required. Review and update a tracking system to monitor product orders, receipts, and product prices. Inspect and audit procurement processes to enable the best Price, cost, and approved quality. Work on Points which need to be improved Check Material availability and work on best suitable alternatives for long lead items and find solutions. Get Familiar with Gulf Market requirements

Checking periodically the generated P.O ‘s and modify depending on customized requests. Follow PO sending by System and receive related OA. Confirm the OA Prices and Delivery time to meet customers RDD. Check released invoices and confirm the prices, QTY, Payment terms and Inco terms. Confirm the shipping instructions and send ACID number to shippers to start the shipping process. Make Inbound in System considering Shipment number and invoice number. Make and follow application for Form 4 request with related documents. Follow shipment clearance with custom operation team and provide any requested doc. Follow GR with warehouse team. Follow the GR/IR Process with Finance team to close the process.

• Make procurement plan quarterly and yearly to Achieve needed raw material for production plan • Manage purchasing Team to follow with suppliers to Achieve Target Dates • Manage Team to negotiate prices and make contracts to Fix prices on short and long Terms • Prepare purchasing budgets quarterly and Yearly. • Try find more Economic Replacements cooperating with Technical Team to save cost for the company • Manage Team to make monthly and yearly reports related to the team.
