1- Check and back-check documents and drawings produced by other engineers and drafting personnel. 2- Work collaboratively with construction personnel, operation personnel, procurement personnel and other internal staff. 3- Checkout vendor provided equipment at vendor site and/or jobsite and field pre-commissioning and start-up support. 4- Prepare spare parts requisition, analyze enquiries and confirm the specifications. 5- Prepare and disseminate all required documentation such as instruments data sheets, request for quotation, etc. 6- Perform and Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and replacements of instrumentation/ control systems equipment and components for oil and gas process facilities. 7- Perform and Assist with installations, calibrations and maintenance of flow meters, transmitters, controllers, and analytical equipment. 8- Read, interpret and modify blueprints, schematics, ladder logic and wiring diagrams in order to troubleshoot, repair, or modify equipment. 9- Monitor and make visual inspections of control and instrumentation equipment to determine operating condition and perform preventative maintenance. 10- Perform and assist with diagnostics to analyze problems associated with instrumentation and control systems using test equipment such as electronic meters, simulators, and software applications related to configuration and communications protocols for plant control, networking, DCS, and SCADA systems 11- Perform and assist with complex equipment modifications in order to implement required design changes. 12- Maintain accurate inventory and maintenance logs. 13- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 14- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.

1- Inspects equipment on daily basis and carries out maintenance, repair, calibration and functional tests on variety of instruments, gauges, automatic measuring devices, instrument sensing control devices, instrument loops, etc. in accordance with company standards, codes and practices. 2- Performs preventive and routine maintenance for all instrument and equipment to ensure proper operation and minimize downtime. 3- Maintains accurate maintenance records for all various equipment by providing information in order to update and ensure proper historical records of all maintenance activities. 4- Maintains sufficient stock of spare parts and consumables to ensure an efficient maintenance of the various instruments/equipment. 5- Carries out other similar or related duties.

During this period I was doing on job training for how to supervision the projects at Block 6, Fula Up stream Project phase II, which include five projects: 1- De Bottlenecking project: Shipping tanks, New OGMs, Piping, Electrical modification, Metering Skid. 2- Gas fired Gen. Set project: Supervision of the installation for four new Gen sets ( Rolls Royse – 4.2 MW) Foundation Construction, Piping & utilities erection, tie in, Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and Start up. 3- FSF project: Cathodic protection, Isolation, motors and lighting testing for connecting 100 wells at Fula, Moga Fields. 4- Vis-breaking project: Earthing system, Checking MCC, Installation of Low voltage switchgear and lighting. 5- Moga FPF & Transit line project: Supervision of four gas fired engines 500 KVA each, Checking MCC, Low voltage switchgear, Lighting and earthing systems.
