 Recruit as necessary according to business demands and in line with recruitment guidelines as set down by the Company.  Oversee the training and development function in the hotel in order to meet the strategic business objectives  To ensure that all new team members are adequately inducted into their department, including statutory requirements.  Coordinates and assists heads of department in the preparation of the hotel’s manning guide budget and ensures that staffing levels are in line with the annual manning guide budget.  Develops and maintains effective administration of Human Resources record-keeping, Human Resources files, Human Resources reports and statistics.  Develops implements and continually reviews Human Resources policies & procedures, practices and Human Resources administration systems, updating and / or recommending improvements as appropriate to management.

Analyze reports to determine areas where continuous improvement methods can best be utilized.  Coordinate the hotel's employee relations programs, including picnics, holiday parties, communication meetings…etc  Communicate HR processes related to staff, e.g. labor office, social insurance…etc  Assist in the recruitment, selection and training of new personnel

Enroll and maintain medical benefits programs for team members.  Assist with administrative functions, e.g. processing new hire paperwork.  Producing and distributing office correspondence.  Assist team members with any benefits questions and procedures. Coordinate special events and projects.

Perform bank account transfers as directed by CFO and Controller  Review payment journal entry prepared by the A/P  Review accounts payable monthly inventory reconciliations.  Review accounts payable purchase journal.  Review travel agency commission payments.  Maintain replacement reserve cash book,  Review food and beverage control reconciliations and journal.  Prepares all journal vouchers for month-end closing.  Prepares monthly Financial Statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives
