-Receiving customers RFQ from sales team and checking BOQ, drawings & specifications. -Responsible for all technical issues regarding quotation cycle internally with all involved departments from design/engineering, procurement, installation and so on. -Prepare estimation of the Project requirements from materials, fabrication procedure, manpower and calculates costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data. -Prepare Techno-Commercial offer explaining the scope of work for engineering work, supply, fabrication, surface treatment and QC/QA to match client requirements. -Preparation of Project Budget in the case Project Awarded. -Revise Client P.O and prepare Work Order to proceed to all involved internal departments. -Coordinate with sales the priorities and due dates. -Responding to customer technical clarifications.

- Study client’s design drawings. - Create 3D model using Tekla structures program. - Create Erection & fabrication drawings. - Create necessary reports for fabrication. - Prepare fabrication package according to workshop’s requirements.

‐Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans. ‐Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; Budget; sequencing project elements. ‐Review submittals and documentation. ‐Reporting, Following and claims to the client. ‐Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities, resolving problems. ‐Preparing project status reports (Daily, weekly and Monthly). ‐Process RFI's & ‐Close out documents. ‐Assist Project Manager in material procurement and ordering (as needed) as well as tracking material. ‐Receiving Erection drawings and track revisions to be sure the erection with last updates. ‐Handle correspondence from the job site & attending meetings. ‐Invoicing. ‐Prepare the project financial status. ‐Other duties as requested by the Project Manager. ‐Responsible for achieving project technical and commercial targets within the contract time frame.

-Study the project’s drawings and specifications to achieve the required Quality. -Planning and scheduling workshop loading for different projects at the same time. -Capable of scheduling jobs with maximum manpower utilization & resources to achieve production target. -Capable to provide technical assistance to production supervisors and technicians as and when required. -Lead and supervising team workers for fabricating steel works such as pipe fabrication, tanks, hoppers, built up sections, platforms, ladders, bridges and handrails and ensure of quality of works and following it from start to end step by step.-Study the project’s documents like drawings, specifications and checking materials needed by communicating with the Technical Office and Procurement. -Follow-up and help in distributing of materials according to project’s needs to reduce materials waste. -Operate CNC, plasma and flame cutting machine to make spare parts and reduce time and materials waste using cutting and nesting software to increase production rate.
