Data Centers Design and Operations Management for turnkey solutions in Northern Africa region. -Support Local and Regional Project during tender/pre bidding as solution architect. - Integrate design requirements as defined by customer, mechanical and electrical engineers ( internal and external) as well as product specialists to compile requirements for bid High level designs ( HLD), Including. -Baseline/ Concept Scheme drawings and schedules, -Baseline bill of quantities generation ( BOQs), and concept reports. -Compile main building MEP design and Generate Customer requirements from RFPs. ( Request for proposals ). - Development and maintenance of concept scheme design, prototype design, and template specifications for main building MEP field. -Manage tasks of our external architecture and civil structure design consultants. - Integration with procurement team to validate project basic design to estimate accurately quantities.

Key Responsibilities: -Projects management, planning and monitoring. -Technical Support for leading CRAC Units ( Computer Room Air Conditioning) brand (VERTIV) -Supervision and leadership of team of engineers and technicians for HVAC Installations and maintenance. -Preparation of projects operational costing. -Coordination of Supplying materials with procurement. -Trouble-shooting CRAC Units break downs and disruption alarms. -Diagnostics of Alarms and follow up with them to get it fixed. -Data Centers cooling technical advisor through tiering and sustainability. -VERTIV HPC chillers software and service accredited. -VERTIV DX Units Service accredited. -VERTIV Chilled Water Units Service accredited. -VERTIV ICOM Control accredited.

-Leadership and supervision of a big team of Installation and maintenance for computer Room Air Conditioning Units DX &CH.W. -Starting and Comissioning "VERTIV" Cooling Units after installations process. -Trouble-Shooting for faulty warnings and alarms which indicate failure. -Tendering and Costing projects in bidding process. -Preparation of Shop Drawings -Purchase orders of materials as per surveyed in site. -Inspection of Units delivered from abroad to sites as per the approved and contracted units. -Makings quantities surveying in site to procure needed materials. -Implementing Warranty claims letters for faulty and defected Unit components which still in warranty period.

-Supervision of Installation of all Duct works and related equipment connected to it such as chillers,AHUs,FCUs. -Prepare shop drawings. -Executive tasks. -Technical Reports.  Projects: • Credit Agricole Head Office Complex-New Cairo.(3-9-2013 - 23-6-2014)-(10 months). Scope: -All Ducts Work. - Acoustic lining insulation. • Grand Egyptian Museum.(24-6-2014 - till the present) Scope: -All Ducts Work. - Acoustic lining insulation and thermal insulation for Ducts. - All Chilled water and Hot water pipes installation works including FCU’s & AHU connections starting from chillers station to them. -Thermal insulation of chilled water and Hot water pipes. -Seismic supports for pipes.

Estimating of mechanical utilities and fixtures of various projects mainly dedicated from the US corp of engineers. related to HVAC, plumbing,fuel stations and fire fighting systems. Main and focused projects are accomplished for US,UAE, Qatar and Afghan military organizations
