As Procurement and Contracts Manager, I lead the end-to-end procurement and tendering process for high-profile construction and interior projects across both public and private sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. My role includes strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost estimation for large-scale projects sourced through the Etimad platform and direct client engagements. Key Responsibilities: *Managing the full tendering cycle, including preparation, evaluation, and submission of proposals for government and private sector projects. *Overseeing contract negotiations to ensure compliance, cost-efficiency, and alignment with project objectives. *Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver tailored procurement strategies. *Driving cost estimation and value engineering to ensure competitiveness in bids. *Supporting projects under our specialized divisions: Deco Link, Stone Link, Green Link, Wood Link, Stitch Link, and Floor Link — offering integrated solutions in interior fit-out, landscaping, stone works, woodwork, upholstery, and flooring. **My position requires close collaboration with elite clients and stakeholders, ensuring the highest standards of delivery and client satisfaction across all stages of the project lifecycle.
