With over 16 years of experience in commercial management, I am currently serving as the Assistant Marketing Manager at Alexandria Fertilizers Co. My expertise lies in key functions of commercial management. I hold certifications in DC Master, CITF, and CDCS - all of which provide a comprehensive understanding of international trade and finance (Documentary credits, rules that underpin documentary credit transactions, products, parties, processes, documents, trade terms, roles and responsibilities). In addition to my certifications, I am currently pursuing an EMBA with a focus on Marketing and Sales Management. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Business Administration. My core competencies include business development, market research, marketing and sales operations, export policies and procedures, export consulting, shipping and inventory control, and coordinating export shipments. I am passionate about building positive workplace cultures, aligning commercial strategy with business goals, and implementing initiatives to enhance teamwork and performance monitoring. Some of my notable achievements include managing export sales and marketing operations, handling complex issues, increasing company revenue through efficient management of Demurrage/Despatch calculation, ensuring timely delivery of shipments, and leveraging confidential data to maximize company profit.
