The plant will generate two quality products: high-grade and low-grade. - Plant Location is Elshydia-Maan - IDMI full scope is to construct a full operative Plant that have three Main Areas 1. Pump Station and Main Pipe Line . 2. Non-Process Area (which have 9 Buildings) (under construction in 2 Packages, expected to be completed in December 2023) 3. Process Area which is in 4 Tender Packages .

Project : Black Sand Project. The Project amount of 2.5 Billion L.E Designation : Construction Project Manager. Client : Egyptian Black Sand Company (EBSC) Designer : Mineral Technologies (MT)/Downer company. Contractor : Hassan Allam Construction (HAC) Sub-Contractors : Arab Contractor-PGSCO-Allam Steel. Black sand Project is multidisciplinary project with 2 sections ( one is floating on shore) of 140 Acres consists of : 1- Process Buildings/None Process Buildings of steel structures (12000 Tons) constructed on Deep foundations. 2- Administration Buildings (9 Buildings). 3- Ancillary Facilities (Roads-Service Trenches -Storm Drainage Network-Transformers and MCC rooms). 4- Water Dam and 6 Tanks (Portable /Sewage/Fuel…).

Client : Marakez Developments. Project : District 5 Residence Zone (B,C & A2) The Project amount of 200 Millions L.E Contractor : FAS for Construction. Responsibilities: • Managing, supervising, verifying monthly invoice, visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues and solve design and development problems. • Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals. • Review Shop drawings for compliance with contract documents. • Correcting any project deficiencies that affect progress, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.

Client : Sodic Developments. Project : Sky Condos Zone (D&E) at Sodic Vilette The Project amount of 1.2 Billion L.E 24 Clusters of Residential (Buildings & Villas) with Basements And External fence of Sodic Vilette with all its facilities. Contractors : El-Hazek , Constec , Talenco and MCC contracting.

Client : EMAAR MISR. Project Manager: TURNER. Project : MIVIDA Project (Parcel 1A &1B) The Project amount 1 Billion L.E Residential Villas Compound with all its facilities. Responsibilities: • Managing, supervising, verifying monthly invoice, visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues and solve design and development problems. • Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals. • Review Shop drawings for compliance with contract documents. • Correcting any project deficiencies that affect progress, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews. • Review the actions of technical submittals, drawings and incoming correspondence. • Identifying quality requirements and/or standards for the project and product, and documenting how the project will demonstrate compliance.

Client : Ministry of Education. Project : Housing members of the faculty in the University of Al Bahah. The Project amount 354,000,000 SR. Responsibilities: • Responsible for earthwork activities Involved in the surveying works at site. • Responsible for scaffolding, shuttering works at site. • Responsible for the concrete works and its tests. • Responsible for all finishing activities at site.
