 Established and managed change management process and procedures (more than 800 change orders) for Clean AER project ($ 1500 Million) and reduced the time for change approval to 2 weeks which significantly increased the contract value - approximately 20%.  As a Project coordinator for El-Halssa project ($650 million), developed project instruction manual and implemented project-specific procedures in accordance with the enterprise business group procedures

 Directed and managed design process to ensure the consultant / Architect understands and interprets the Owner’s objectives; incorporated different design and construction phases for several Mixed-use Office, hotel, residential projects which reduced the project schedule and enhanced project budget.  Managed pre-construction stage including feasibility, contract negotiation, planning, consultant selection, design, tender evaluation and contractor selection, construction, commissioning and occupancy.

 Managed the site coordination between different Bid-pack contractors for Capital tower project (5 star hotel, 60 floor office tower and commercial-$300M) and monitored the flow of shop drawings as received from the subcontractor or vendor.  Managed pre-construction stage and Value Eng. Workshop for Julai project (5 star desert resort in a traditional Arabic theme ($150 Million), resulted in additional improvements in project and reduced the budget by 15%.

 Provided the architecture design review for many projects in the design stages to ensure consultant’s understanding and interpretation of Owner’s objectives / goals and to assure the adequacy of information.  Managed design and construction progress meetings, presented the project status and discussed the required corrective actions to control the project time and cost. Projects: Symphony Complex, Hotel, Mall, and Office building, ($120 Million) Public Authority for Applied Education Projects ($420 Million)

 Prepared design proposals and design documents for different project stages for varies type of projects including Institutional, Hospitality, show rooms and commercial.  Supervised the architecture site activities for BMW & VW showroom projects, checked the submitted materials and reviewed the shop drawings.
