* Prepare a preventive Maintenance schedule according to the instrument department Criticality Index; work on this schedule item by item according to planned dates specified. (This will be done to minimize the Corrective Maintenance). * Clear the rest of the Punch-Lists point by point. * Make training courses for the new technicians and helpers to update their technical knowledge. * Enhance the recent systems by updating some of those systems and install redundant systems for others to minimize the frequent sudden Shut-Downs (This would be done after a sufficient and proper study). * Check the reliability and performance of the recent equipments and instruments in the presence of the actual gas and upgrade to achieve the best performance * Work in a Team Work with other departments to achieve the best performance for the whole plant. * Update the Fire & Gas and ESD Sheets for any upgrade (Cause & Effect). * Make a Criticality Index, check the spare parts and start to order spare parts to achieve the MINIMAX.
