Also Alexform producing corrugated tanks and Marble mechanical fixation systems Job Responsibilities To set the general plan of the production process To manage and operate the factories at proper quality levels and ensure production resources, i.e. Human resources, Administration issues, Budget, Machinery, raw materials, packing materials, health & safety and systems in coordination with the Managing Director. To meet all production quotas on time and as per agreed business plans To ensure regular maintenance of the factories machines and equipment's. *To ensure cost of production is managed to agreed levels and follow up with sales plan and the expectations for the market needed * To supervise raw materials and all production stages in line with the production and other related department's supervisors. Decision making regarding the materials and products that do not meet the Co’s approved standards. Quality control, quality assurance and R&D To set production rate according to the Company’s and Client’s requirements To supervise labor and carry out training for operators. Responsible for the execution of manufacturing schedules, dispatch on sales requirements and plant capacity. 3. Develops and implements manufacturing processes to achieve corporate objectives for a world class product in accordance with Global Standards. 4. Controls quality, cost of production, inventory, receiving and shipping. 5. Confers with subordinates and other plant personnel on the application of methods and production standards and adherence to equipment maintenance and safety programs. Reviews all recommendations for special machinery and works closely with product and processes. 6. Determines plant policies consistent with company policies, directs and supervises the application of such policies to the plants’ operations and assembly/testing operations. 7. Coordinates long-range plant expansion and equipment planning. 8. Oversees the maintenance of buildings and equipment and plant security and protections. 9. Implement and maintain an employee review/measurement mechanism. 10. Establish and implement procedures for the identification, awareness, disposition and corrective action of quality issues across all departments and suppliers. 11.
