1. Production & Operations Management: • Supervise and monitor the hot rolling process for SBQ products to ensure smooth operations. • Ensure production meets quality standards, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical properties as per customer specifications. • Optimize rolling parameters (temperature, speed, reduction ratio) to enhance productivity and yield. • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability. 2. Quality Control & Process Improvement: • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to meet SBQ standards (ASTM, DIN, EN, or customer-specific requirements). • Analyze defects (cracks, seams, dimensional deviations) and take corrective actions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap/rework. 3. Team Leadership & Training: • Lead, mentor, and train rolling mill operators, technicians, and engineers. • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. • Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs for the team. 4. Safety & Compliance: • Enforce strict safety guidelines to ensure a zero-accident workplace. • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations. • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments. 5. Coordination & Reporting: • Liaise with procurement, logistics, and metallurgy teams for raw material planning and product dispatch. • Prepare daily production reports and KPI dashboards (Budget, Yield, downtime analysis & …etc). • Collaborate with R&D for new product trials and process optimizations.

1. Supervise entire production process & Lead Production Crews. 2. Investigate and propose corrective actions for quality issues regarding different standards (e.g., DIN, JIS, ASTM, ... etc.) with different requirements. 3. Provide solutions for production problems and troubleshooting to guarantee max. yield, productivity and high quality with min. cost. 4. Supervise online thermal treatment Processes (Controlled Temperature rolling & Stelmore Conveyor treatment for wire rods) for Special & Merchant Bar Quality. 5. Review & provide new pass design sequence & mill setup sheets for newly required sizes. 6. Responsible for determining the new requirements for modified & newly required sizes. 7. Reverse Engineering for spare parts to provide internal manufacturing in the company’s workshop. 8. Review & Study offers for Mill revamping & upgrading for projects.
