Control Law and Model Based Design Engineer

Responsible for following activities of Projects of PLA BMW Gen-6,E-Park PLA Renault & Ford Booster: 1- Design and Specify System Architecture Requirements with system team. 2- Design and Write Software Requirements for MBD and control law software components. 3- Check traceability of System and Software Requirements using DOORs and Polarion. 4- Design MBD and control law components for motors by MATLAB Simulink. 5- Generate C-code using embedded coder toolbox after AUTOSAR configuration. 6- Use VMAAC to apply MISRA and General MBD standards and guidelines on Simulink and use Reqtify to check traceability. 7- Write MATLAB scripts and functions to automate design and unit test of software components. 8- Use AI Gemini to facilitate the design of test cases included in the unit test plan. 9- Design unit test cases of Model in the loop on control law components by Sentinel. 10- Run Software in the loop with Model in the loop (back to back testing) by Sentinel. 11- Check traceability of model and code requirements and unit test plan by Reqtify. 12- Use CANoe and Debuggers as: IAR, UDE and I-Systems to fix software bugs. 13- Test the full system software and hardware on a Load box test bench for motors. 14- Use SimScape blocks to design plant models to simulate the full system for motors. 15- Design of Standardized MBD and Control Law software components for AC and DC motors. 16- Participate with project leaders to plan and estimate the software activities according to Agile software development on every sprint. 17- Report work progress continuously through attendance of daily & weekly project internal meetings. 18- Communicate professionally with the customer, the system and software team members.

Technical Support Engineer

Responsible for the following activities: 1- Reading memory of PIC microcontrollers (PIC18F25K80) by exporting it to HEX files and Writing to memory of PIC microcontrollers (PIC18F25K80) by importing HEX files on the PIC microcontrollers to all Speedometers. 2- Configure Speedometers to synchronize with the installed battery for all batteries’ types such as: Lead-acid and Lithium Batteries. 3- Configure all parameters of the Electric Vehicles using CAN-BUS USB Interface. 4- Diagnose and Monitor for the faults of the Electric Vehicles using CAN-BUS USB Interface using TOYOTA 48m350 controller and its software. 5- Perform dynamic and static testing on the Lead-acid and the Lithium Batteries used for Electric Vehicles using Clamp meters, Multi meters and Smart Battery Chargers. 6- Provide fault diagnosis, maintenance and reconditioning for all types of speedometers, batteries and Electric Vehicles. 7- Managing successful transversal communication on a daily basis between Egyptian, Chinese and abroad companies.
