Responsible for following activities of Projects of PLA BMW Gen-6,E-Park PLA Renault & Ford Booster: 1- Design and Specify System Architecture Requirements with system team. 2- Design and Write Software Requirements for MBD and control law software components. 3- Check traceability of System and Software Requirements using DOORs and Polarion. 4- Design MBD and control law components for motors by MATLAB Simulink. 5- Generate C-code using embedded coder toolbox after AUTOSAR configuration. 6- Use VMAAC to apply MISRA and General MBD standards and guidelines on Simulink and use Reqtify to check traceability. 7- Write MATLAB scripts and functions to automate design and unit test of software components. 8- Use AI Gemini to facilitate the design of test cases included in the unit test plan. 9- Design unit test cases of Model in the loop on control law components by Sentinel. 10- Run Software in the loop with Model in the loop (back to back testing) by Sentinel. 11- Check traceability of model and code requirements and unit test plan by Reqtify. 12- Use CANoe and Debuggers as: IAR, UDE and I-Systems to fix software bugs. 13- Test the full system software and hardware on a Load box test bench for motors. 14- Use SimScape blocks to design plant models to simulate the full system for motors. 15- Design of Standardized MBD and Control Law software components for AC and DC motors. 16- Participate with project leaders to plan and estimate the software activities according to Agile software development on every sprint. 17- Report work progress continuously through attendance of daily & weekly project internal meetings. 18- Communicate professionally with the customer, the system and software team members.

Responsible for the following activities: 1- Reading memory of PIC microcontrollers (PIC18F25K80) by exporting it to HEX files and Writing to memory of PIC microcontrollers (PIC18F25K80) by importing HEX files on the PIC microcontrollers to all Speedometers. 2- Configure Speedometers to synchronize with the installed battery for all batteries’ types such as: Lead-acid and Lithium Batteries. 3- Configure all parameters of the Electric Vehicles using CAN-BUS USB Interface. 4- Diagnose and Monitor for the faults of the Electric Vehicles using CAN-BUS USB Interface using TOYOTA 48m350 controller and its software. 5- Perform dynamic and static testing on the Lead-acid and the Lithium Batteries used for Electric Vehicles using Clamp meters, Multi meters and Smart Battery Chargers. 6- Provide fault diagnosis, maintenance and reconditioning for all types of speedometers, batteries and Electric Vehicles. 7- Managing successful transversal communication on a daily basis between Egyptian, Chinese and abroad companies.

Responsible for the following activities: 1- Studied and attended online two certified courses for Software Testing and Validation which are: Introduction to software testing concepts & techniques course and ISTQB Foundation level course. 2- Design and Repair PCB boards using Altium PCB Designer for military weapons and applications. 3- Development and Design of embedded software systems for military applications using Atmega328P and PIC16f877A microcontrollers. 4- Implementing a Minesweeper supported with a robotic arm and a camera, Sizing and driving all the motors in the minesweeper, Sizing and using the required batteries such as: Li-Ion Batteries and Lead acid Batteries to supply every part in the Minesweeper. 5- Participating in the preparation of a full-equipped Mechatronics Lab with many robots, integrated kits and Modern devices such as: Power Supplies, Function generators and Oscilloscopes. 6- Attending and performing static and dynamic tests on some of the army vehicles.

Responsible for the following activities: 1- Sizing the valves, the positioners and the actuators of the system using SAMSON valve sizing software to choose the suitable product for the customer based on the data supplied. 2- Supervising on the Maintenance of the company machines, the spare parts and the accessories of the company products. 3- Following up with customers for After-Sales service and preparing the Required Job Quotations. 4- Preparing Monthly Presentations and Training sessions for Undergraduate Students.

Power Electronics Lab Training 1- Evaluation Grade: Excellent 2- Simulated DC-DC converters, Rectifiers and Inverters using LTspice and Pspice. 3- Manufactured PCBs using photoresist boards in lab using Altium Designer software.

Cairo Company Station at North Cairo Training 1- Evaluation Grade: Excellent 2- Performed Classical Control experiments and implemented PLC Ladder programmed experiments using Siemens 2000 module. 3- Visited two different stations which are North Cairo Steam Power Plant and North Cairo Combined Cycle Power Plant.

Automatic Control Lab Training 1- Evaluation Grade: Excellent 2- Programmed Rhino Robot Arm using learning pad. 3- Implemented Classical Control experiments using different sensors as: Proximity sensor, Water level sensor, Opt-Coupler sensor and etc...
