Electrical Designs and Bids&Proposals Engineer for Medium Voltage Switchgears with the following achievements: • Electrical design engineer in more than 100 projects in both domestic and export markets including Egypt, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Mauritius, Nigeria, Angola, Saudi Arabia, and UAE; • Been principle engineer for a strategic project to qualify ABB factory in Egypt to for exporting business; I also joined Type tests live in Germany and Italy; • Worked on a variety of products like MV switchgear, Ring Main Units and Compact substations; • Produced technical datasheet and shop drawings including single line diagram, general arrangement and control schematics; • Prepared Bill of Material (BOM) for procurement and production; • Tackled problems that arose during production/testing phases; • Developed Programming for protection relays and prepared control logic diagram; • Provided technical support for both the customer and sales team; • Been technical interface with the client throughout the project lifecycle; • Studied projects specs and produced technical & commercial offers of over 35 new tenders;

Factory testing and site commissioning Engineer for various types of power products and distribution panels with the following duties: • Planned and executed factory routine tests on the products after been handed over by the production; • Covered a wide portfolio of products including Low and Medium Voltage Switchgears, Ring Main Units and Compact Substations; • Carried out factory routine tests on protection, control, and marshalling panels for High Voltage applications. • Developed programming for various types and models of protection relays for Medium and High Voltage applications. I worked on ABB, Siemens, Vamp and GE protection relays; • Performed factory acceptance test (FAT) with customer attendance; • Conducted testing&comissioning scope on the supplied products at Medium Voltage Substations as well as other industrial and utility sites

Maintenance Engineer at onshore & offshore oil drilling rigs with following job responsibilities: • Performed scheduled maintenance & troubleshooting for AC generators, A/C&D/C motors on the rig; • Monitored and controlled performance of electrical and mechanical equipment on the rig from the control room; • Worked with projects team to install and test new rigs before being sent to the field; • Installed, tested and maintained various types of sensors and control instruments for newly built Rigs.
