1. Review all the AFC drawings and project specifications to prepare the proper method of construction to be matched with the project time schedule and the project conditions. 2. Prepare a list of all required consumables to execute the work 3. Prepare the steel reinforcement bending list and review with the consultant engineer for approval 4. Supervise the work crew to assure the matching with the AFC drawings and the project specification. 5. Make all the required checking before hand over to the client or consultant 6. Prepare all the necessary construction procedures 7. Coordinate with the quality control engineer to finalize the related construction Documents (inspection request, pouring request,.Etc. 8. Cost controlling of work by measuring the actual cost compared with the planned cost BCWP and ACWP etc..
