Work Responsibilities for Piping Design:  Head responsibility for Detailed Design package that complies with design standards, safety legislation, regulatory requirements, and the needs of the client.  Responsible for delivering the detailed design package of work within a project.  Development of designs to satisfy technical specifications.  Checking of design of other engineers within the team.  Review of technical specifications in collaboration with the project team.  Preparation of installation & fabrication drawings along with related technical documents.  Planning and allocating workload to design team members within the discipline to deliver a package of work.  Assist in many tenders & proposal projects for Aramco, SEC, etc. to achieve the best technical and commercial solution. Main Projects:  Shuaiba Nano-Filtration system (SWRO) (20,000 m3/day) for SWCC.  Al-Mulida WTP (CFM & BWRO) (25,000 m3/day).

Work Responsibilities:  Responsible for Detailed Design package as per project specifications and related design standard.  Design & generating detail design deliverables (Valve & Pipe line schedule, GA, Isometrics, installation, Fabrication and As-Built drawings).  Providing technical advice for piping material, piping components, valve design and fabrication, inspection and testing of piping systems. Main Projects:  Wadi Al-Dawasir WTP (BWRO) (20,000 m3/day).  Al-Qassim WTP (CFM & BWRO - 13 sites) (200 – 5,000 m3/day).  Tabouk WTP (CFM & BWRO) (150,000 m3/day).  Humaimah WTP (CFM & BWRO) (100,000 m3/day).  King Khaled International Airport (28,500 m3/day).  King Abdullah Waad Al-shamal City STP MBR (660 m3/day), Ma’aden.  King Abdullah Waad Al-shamal City BWRO (1028 m3/day), Ma’aden.  Al-Marai (CPP-2 New Extension) ETP MBR (4000 m3/day).  Al-Marai (CPP-3 New Extension) ETP MBR (3250 m3/day).  Al-Maraie Al-Baraka farm SWRO (1200 + 600 m3/day).  MODA Dawadmi RBC (1000 m3/day).  Qassim CCP BWRO & Demineralization (2x1200 m3/day) for SEC.  Ras Alkhair Preparation & Dosing skid, for Nesma & Partners Co.  Haradah & Hawiah, BWRO, 11 sites (2,000 GPD) for Saudi Aramco.  Beash Dam BWRO plant (100,000 m3/day)-Proposal.  Preparing Cost calculations for many tenders & proposal projects for Aramco, SEC, etc. to achieve best technical and commercial solution.

Works Responsibilities:  Supervision of installation, Start-up & Commissioning works.  Request for quotations, reviewing & following up on purchase orders status with supply chain.  Follow up on material delivery and delivery notes documentation.  Responsible for all local procurements.  Equipment maintenance works (Preventive & Corrective maintenance).  Train for end-user trainees for ON JOB TRAINING (OJT)  O&M manuals preparation for all equipment. Main Projects:  Jeddah SWRO phase III project (240,000 m3/day) /DOOSAN-WETICO Consortium, SWCC.  Rabigh Ipp 2x660 MW – SWRO plant (7680 m3/day).  ICDOC Dammam WWTP (40,000 m3/day) for 2nd industrial city in Dammam.

Work Responsibilities:  Site installation, start-up, commissioning & maintenance for all mechanical equipment.  Mechanical tests like hydro test, pneumatic test, vibration test, noise test & pump alignment.  Corrective & preventive maintenance.  Site material purchasing from local market & Site financial work. Main Projects:  Eltebbin thermal power plant 2x350 MW – Pre-treatment & Demin plants.  Eltur STP-SBR (5000 m3/day).  Cleopatra resort STP (400 m3/day).  Hurgada SWRO plant for Egyptian Armed Forces (1200 m3/day).  Safaga SWRO plant for Egyptian Armed Forces (600 m3/day).  Marsa Alam SWRO plant for Egyptian Armed Forces (600 m3/day).

- Responsible for many types of overhead cranes installation work. -Responsible for site material purchasing from local market and site financial work also. - Responsible for crane test, start-up, commissioning & maintenance. Main Projects: Rehabilitation for overhead cranes for Military Factory 81 workshops (Abou Zaabal for Specialized Chemicals Factory– AZC)

Main Projects: New Naga Hammadi Dam/barrage & Hydropower Plant with Vinci.
