Technical Experience – MV / HV / EHV Substations (Up to 500kV GIS) Projects 🔹 Power Transformer Installation & Protection Commissioning (175MVA, 220/66/11kV) Egypt – 2026 Supervised installation and commissioning of 175MVA power transformer. Performed wiring and interfacing between transformer and protection panels. Configured and tested protection relays including MiCOM P40 Agile. Conducted pre-commissioning tests (functional, insulation, and protection tests). Ensured safe energization and proper operation of transformer protection schemes. 🔹 66/11kV Substation Section Expansion (3 Substations) Egypt – 2025 Executed full section extension including busbars, CTs, and 40MVA transformers. Installed transformer incomers and 11kV outgoing feeders. Performed complete electrical testing prior to commissioning. Configured transformer and feeder protection relays. Verified system readiness and ensured reliable operation after energization. 🔹 Feeder Integration & Distance Protection Configuration (66kV) Egypt – 2025 Commissioned two incoming feeder circuits into service. Installed and configured protection panels for feeders. Programmed and tested distance protection relays including MiCOM P442 Agile and Siemens SIPROTEC 7SJ8011. Conducted secondary injection and functional testing to verify trip logic and protection zones. 🔹 EHV Substation Testing (500/220/66/11kV) 🔹 HV Substation Testing (220/66/11kV) – 2 Stations 🔹 MV Substation Testing (66/11kV) – 18 Stations Egypt – 2025 Performed comprehensive testing for EHV substation equipment. Tested power transformers, CTs, VTs, circuit breakers, and 11kV switchgear. Conducted protection relay testing for transformer, feeder, and distance protection systems.
