• Responsible for managing three key production lines within a high-performance manufacturing facility. This includes managing a welding production line that employs a diverse range of welding techniques such as Laser Welding, TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding, MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Welding, Spot Welding, and Robotic Arm Welding. Additionally, manage the conductors and enclosures forming production lines, which feature a variety of advanced CNC machines, including milling, cutting and punching, fiber laser cutting, bending, swing shear beam, and straight cutting machines. Utilizes CAD and CAM programs to ensure precision, optimize machine performance, and enhance production efficiency. • Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands, ensuring that the busway systems are produced on time and to the required specifications. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow. • Analyze production forecasts and align resources (labor, equipment, materials) to meet production targets. • Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste while maintaining high product quality. • Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize production workflow. • Design and implement new manufacturing processes and modify existing ones to improve product output. • Identify and resolve any issues in the production process, such as equipment failures, material shortages, or bottlenecks in production.

These specifications outline the functional and technical aspects, performance metrics, design criteria, and any other relevant information that helps customers. ▪ Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure that the technical specifications align with the capabilities of the products, and provide guidance and feedback to the teams during the development process to ensure compliance with customer requirements. ▪ Providing guidance and solutions to technical queries, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues, suggesting alternative solutions, or recommending product modifications to meet specific customer needs. ▪ Ensure that the technical specifications adhere to industry standards, regulations, and internal documentation guidelines. This includes incorporating safety requirements, compliance with relevant codes and standards, and following best practices in specification documentation.

▪ Worked flexible hours across night, weekend and holiday shifts. ▪ Developed and implemented performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement. ▪ Designed a single line diagram (SLD) for low voltage distribution panels (LVDPs) at each station. ▪ Ensure the quality of spare parts and materials (Circuit breakers, cables....etc) used and that they conform to specifications. ▪ Measuring cable insulation with a megger tester. ▪ Earth resistance is measured with an Earth Tester, and earth holes are maintained. ▪ Collaborate with project managers and architects to review electrical plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards. ▪ Develop detailed electrical installation and testing plans for low voltage systems. ▪ Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues on-site. ▪ Perform regular maintenance inspections to ensure the ongoing performance and reliability of low voltage systems. ▪ Oversee the installation of low voltage electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems. ▪ Ensure that all installations are carried out accurately, safely, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.

▪ Worked with a team of 4 on installing, configuring, maintaining and ensuring the proper functions of standalone printers, scanners, and network printers. ▪ Supported various customers in Egypt in their technical issues by analyzing and troubleshooting their requests. ▪ Trained Xerox customers on operating standalone printers, scanners, and network printers. ▪ Pursue additional business development opportunities within customers firm . ▪ Collaborate with sales to ensure all opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
