o Reviewing the balance of warehouse to control it Daily. o Update the monthly prices from foreign suppliers. o Discussing the monthly needs of planning department. o Negotiation the prices with all suppliers. o Comparison the suppliers’s prices considering the quality and payment terms. o Issue purchase order with all conditions and payment terms. o Issue LC with follow depositing the cash margin till receive the swift of final LC. o Preparing Sheet Excel contained all signed transactions with their details to able to be Follow. o Preparing Sheet Excel contained estimated amounts for clearance to send it to financial department to know the monthly clearance fees to avoid any demurrage. o Follow up Track of vessel with shipping line to know ETA. o Follow up the original Docs till arrive to the bank and issue all forms to release original docs from the bank. o Contact with insurance company to issue the insurance policy. o Notification the financial department with shipment arrival to the port. o Reviewing the original Docs before send it to Customs Clearance. o Follow up the clearance procedures with the customs clearance. o Notification the warehouse department with arrival of goods. o Follow up the quality department to receive their report on the goods. o Preparing report about cost to each shipment.
