Main Responsibilities: • Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Negotiate tender contract terms & conditions to meet both client & company needs • Actively seek relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up-to-date with the industry trends • Prepare and Submit weekly and yearly pipeline plan along with other formal reports to sales manager

RESPONSIBILITIES - Handling support escalations - Handling new support issues (unknown issue, new device upgrade, and critical situations) - Supervision and Reporting KPI’s of support and customer satisfaction - Developing support team - Demo of new products (local and remote) - Backup support engineers - Remote demos and trainings (to new customers) - Testing of New products. Helping in putting procedures - Developing support process

RESPONSIBILITIES - Providing customer service and technical support for products, services, and innovative applications. - Submit the advanced and creative troubleshooting skills to handle and track customers' issues and follow up with them using various department tools and on-line resources. - Explain complex technical concepts simply with a positive attitude and tone of voice to achieve customer interaction and loyalty. - Hardware, Software, Firmware and RF validation testing for new released products. - Implementing technical documentation for new released products.
