I got Controller Manpower Planning position at Gulf Air (Manager level) to handle the following functions: 1. Organization Development: - Design and develop Organizational Charts. - Review and amend Job Descriptions. - Perform Organizational studies and analysis (e.g. add, delete, create positions and organizations, etc.). - Achieve Business Process Reengineering studies. - Implement and action Organizational changes in the system. 2. Manpower Planning: - Plan and maintain manpower budget over the year. - Calculate manpower budget and overrun. - Extract and execute manpower reports for Top Management presentation and decision making. 3. Executives HR Operations: - Job creation. - Job post. - Job offer and contract. - Payroll and benefits. - Admin services. - Any other HR general practice related to executives.

I began with CSB as a Management Engineer, handling all government entities’ organizational charts/structures, job descriptions, and any other organizational studies such as adding, deleting and creating positions and organizations. I got promoted to SR Management Engineer and participated in job evaluations and manpower planning. I ended my career at CSB as a Projects Leader, being a member of Voluntary Retirement & Government Re-Structuring since 2018 until 2022
