Responsibilities: ▪ Working with engineers to review designs from a construction perspective. Is the planned sequence feasible. ▪ Creating and managing the project schedule, aligning engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction activities. ▪ Sequencing Strategy for the most critical planning task to develop a meticulous plan for shutdowns and Tie-in’s in the existing plant. ▪ Ultimate Responsibility for Safety by Establishing a "Zero Harm" culture and being personally accountable for the safety of all personnel on site. ▪ Daily Operations Management: Directing and coordinating all construction activities, subcontractors, and labor. ▪ Present the overall construction plan detailed 2- week look-ahead schedules to SWA for review, approval and request permits to work in accordance with SWA's own strict permit-to-work system. ▪ Ensuring all work from concrete foundations to welding and electrical installations meets the strict project specifications and international standards. ▪ Monitoring construction costs against the budget, approving payments to subcontractors, and identifying potential cost overruns early. ▪ Constantly monitoring progress against the master schedule, identifying delays, and implementing recovery plans. ▪ Leading a large, multidisciplinary team of assistant construction managers, superintendents, engineers, and administrators. ▪ Resolving disputes between different subcontractors, and between construction activities. ▪ Working closely with the commissioning team to ensure systems are construction-complete and ready for testing. ▪ Punch List Management by identifying and closing out any incomplete or defective work items before handover.

Responsibilities: ▪ Managing Performance and Warranty Claims as per the project deliverables. ▪ Verify warranty terms: Ensure that all warranties for equipment, systems, and services are clearly documented. This includes the scope of coverage, the warranty period, and the terms for repair, replacement, or maintenance of the delivered systems (e.g., pumps, machinery, process systems). ▪ Coordinate with vendors or suppliers: Confirm that any warranties provided by suppliers or manufacturers are in place, and that the necessary paperwork is filed and accessible for future claims. ▪ Ensure all deliverables are completed and meet the required standards. ▪ Obtain formal acceptance from the client or stakeholder to confirm that the deliverables are complete. ▪ Facilitate lessons learned sessions to capture insights, successes, and areas for improvement from the project. ▪ Ensure all contracts with vendors, suppliers, or partners are formally closed. ▪ Review and confirm that all contract terms have been met and there are no outstanding obligations and process final payments. ▪ Release project team members and reassign them to new tasks or projects. ▪ Organize and store all project documentation, such as project plans, reports, contracts, and correspondence, for future reference or audits. ▪ Ensure that all project expenses are accounted for, and the budget is finalized.

Responsibilities: ▪ Promote HSE awareness and ensure that all client ‘’ARAMCO’’ HSE requirements are implemented and adhered to. ▪ Timely delivery of planned brownfield construction activities. ▪ Provide visibility to the Project Manager of the project status for planned activities and assigned responsibilities. ▪ Provide scope definition for subcontracts, propose required supervision manpower and define project roles and responsibilities. ▪ Ensure the QA and QC requirements are adhered to by the various yards, liaising in this respect with the Quality Manager. ▪ Ensure proper implementation, preparation and execution of job cards and Work Packs. ▪ Coordinate with project client to facilitate the project execution with minimum disruption and hazards to both ongoing operations and the construction Contractor via the SAPMT Construction team. ▪ Develop close working relationships between all assigned construction team members and the HSEQ team to provide a consistent approach and effective resolution of issues. ▪ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

Project client is National Water Company, AECOM Consultant, with Budget 370 Million Saudi Riyal. Project title" Design & Execution of treated water transmission in Waad al Shamal industrial city". The main project scope is a Polishing plant consist of drum screen system, Suez ultrafiltration system, DAF system, piping system and 17 storage steel tank Ø 85 m * 14 m height with ADR and interconnecting piping. Responsibilities: ▪ Revise & make comments in the mechanical drawing then contact with designer to rectify any comments according to project specifications and physical site condition. ▪ Conformance of Technical Information corresponding with Specifications and Shop Drawings (SHD) checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations. ▪ Ensuring that all materials used and work perform as per specifications. ▪ Communicating with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. ▪ Check Planning of the work and efficient organization of the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. ▪ Monitor Fabrication & installation of piping and pipe Supports. ▪ Erection of drum screen system with screening rate 10866.2 m3/h, Suez ultrafiltration system with 54 filtration units. ▪ Lead the Mechanical construction team in the project to achieve the targets within the project schedule. ▪ Arrange for pre-commissioning & SAT for all systems with TFA from Vendors. ▪ Work closely with the project team (project manager, construction manager, quality control, safety, cost & schedule, procurement, and field and office engineers) to ensure that work meets the project expectations, contractual requirements, budget and schedule.
