As a dedicated academic leader and medical educator, I currently serve as the Dean of a College of Medicine, where I lead initiatives to advance medical education, curriculum development, and institutional excellence. With a PhD in Medical Education, my academic journey has centered on shaping the future of healthcare professionals through competency-based education, curriculum integration, and professional identity formation. I am dedicated to inspiring others, promoting innovation, and leading meaningful change in medical education. As a Pediatric Neurologist, I have a broad interest in general pediatric neurological disorders including developmental and behavioral conditions, with particular focus on epilepsy.
