 NOMAC / Shuqaiq IWPP Phase-2, The plant consists of 3 units of Boiler – Turbine – Generator of 340 MW each and 212,000 m3/d of water production units. • Track and Optimize Maintenance Department and Plant KPI’s. • Ensure predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out in a proper manner. • Initiating Root cause analysis (RCA). • Review MOC, Project and Turnaround related to Maintenance. • Technical evaluation of vendor bids for Spares and Services. • Develop and Prepare yearly budget for services, consumables, tools and spare parts. • Prepare scope of work for the activity need to be carried out. • Develop HAZOP and PSM as well as HIRA. • Develop 5 years plan of Rotating equipment overhaling in term of budget and service if required. • Initiating and develop inspection test plan and risk based on inspection on all plant equipment’s (Boiler and it’s auxiliary, Turbine and it’s auxiliary ets.). • Develop Quality management & HSE systems by initiating behavior-based interventions. • Identification the criticality of equipment’s and spare part and develop BOM (Bill of Material) • Review and Revise the Preventive Maintenance plans in SAP based on Equipment performance, Inspection and Breakdown History to optimize the Maintenance Cost. Execute all pre-arrangements for Planned Maintenance activities. • Prepares Critical Routine and Overhauling Spare Parts requirement for Equipment and review the stock on regular basis. • Maintain Measuring Points data and initiate SAP Notifications, Work orders, Material • Reservations and Purchase Requisitions. • Outage Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Coordination for Spares, Manpower, External • Services. • Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees.

 Shuqaiq IWPP Phase-2, The plant consists of 3 units of Boiler – Turbine – Generator of 340 MW each and 212,000 m3/d of water production units. • Manage overall Asset Performance and Condition Monitoring by NDT techniques and routine Inspections for Rotating and Static Equipment. • Carry out vibration analysis on rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, compressor, turbine, etc.), using various diagnostic software. • Review and Revise the Preventive Maintenance plans in SAP based on Equipment performance, Inspection and Breakdown History to optimize the Maintenance Cost. Execute all pre-arrangements for Planned / unplanned Maintenance activities. • Prepares Critical Routine and Overhauling Spare Parts requirement and develop 5 years overhauling plan for Equipment and review the stock on regular basis. • Maintain Measuring Points data and initiate SAP Notifications, Work orders, Material Reservations and Purchase Requisitions. • Technical evaluation of vendor bids for Spares and Services. • Investigates and identify solutions where frequent breakdown result in high cost/low mechanical availability of equipment. • Track and Optimize Maintenance Department KPI’s. • Outage Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Coordination for Spares, Manpower, External Services. • Review Procedures and Manuals update wherever necessary. • Develop Quality management & HSE systems by initiating behavior-based interventions. • Prepare a road map for transition from Predictive to Reliability Centered Maintenance and Operator Driven Reliability. • Develop & perform Condition monitoring programs such as tomography, oil analysis, lubrication and greasing programs etc.,

-Daily check list and reports on Compressors, Heat Exchanger, Chiller, Grinders, Generators and all Plant Drawing and Designing of spear parts that's requiring manufacture - Check out the machines and determination the issues then fix it (hands on) - Verification of the inspection of all machines parts Verification and maintenance on all Pumps, Valves, Filters, Pipes Hands on in all mechanical maintenance and establish proper work method for timely completion of work , industrial project -Prepares the Spear Parts&Material requirement (Technical evaluation and Purchase request)

• Representing maintenance in Daily Operational Review. • Tracking Spare Parts availability and procurement. • Following and evaluating for Work Orders. • Estimate, study and challenge more to reduce the target time. • Improve machines performance by developing the preventive maintenance schedule. • Prepare maintenance reports and documentation. • Solve daily machines malfunction and product problems related to maintenance permanently by eliminate the root causes. • Put an action plan on over to achieve the target related to either planned stoppage (P.M) or unplanned stoppage (Breakdowns).
