Solely led the IB authorization process for both PYP and MYP — establishing Yusr as a dual IB World School. Led Cognia accreditation as Team Leader and served four times as a Cognia Engagement Review Team member across Saudi Arabia. Produced the Yusr Collection — 32 original transdisciplinary curriculum booklets developed entirely in-house. Led the school's full transition to online learning during COVID-19, preserving enrolment with minimal student withdrawal. Served as institutional contact during the SEDCO acquisition evaluation that led to AEC's acquisition of Yusr International School.
