* Reception customers to solve problems in products of Sony. * Contact with customer to explain the problem for device and take the approval of repair. * Contact with customer after finishing of product problems, and surmounting of all obstacles for Sony customers. * Follow up customers in the reception and noted problems. * Answer customer calls and communicate with them to solve their problems. * Receive email from the call center of the problems of customers and contact them and work to solve then reply emails after finished every case. * Making daily report on cases of devices received and classified and their attitudes and follow it up with the Director and send it by email to the administration. * Provide weekly and monthly reports of the numbers and categories of devices and types and duration of repair.

* Meeting Customers to solve problems. * Received customer’s complaints from branches, service centers and commercial by email or phone. * Contact with management of maintenance or spare parts, Branches to explain problems and solve it. * Follow up Branches to solve customer’s problems. * Direct customer service staff to complete the work properly * Provide weekly and monthly reports of the numbers and categories of complaints and send it to the administration.
