• Managing production activities of All Solid dosage forms (Tablets, Capsules and dry oral suspension) including blistering and packaging in AlAndalous facility. • Managing production activities of All Semisolid dosage forms (Creams, Ointments and gels) including plastic, laminated and Aluminum tubes filling and packaging in AlAndalous facility. • Managing production activities of All External use solutions bottle filling and packaging in AlAndalous facility. • Managing Toll manufacturing Team for production of AlAndalous Sterile products and solid dosage forms and Antibiotic powder mix in Sigmatec , Biopharm , Sigma, Arapcaps and IDI from July 2013 to July 2014. • Participating in startup and preparation of MOH visit for licensing AlAndalous Oral Solid dosage forms production line on 2014. Line includes Comassa Preparation line (High sheer mixer, Fluid bed dryer and Quadro Cone mill), CMS blender, Multipharma powder filling line, Bosch capsule filling, Bosch Compression machine, Sejong Tablet coating machine and Heino-Ilsman blistering machine. • Managing new solid dosage form & Packaging extension for AlAndalous Facility including design of new layout for solid department dispensing section and Packaging section. • Managing Purchasing of new wet granulation line Diosna (HSM & FBD), New Pilot Comassa granulation line, New Fette compression machine with capability of double layer production, New Bosch Coating machine, New CAM blistering and cartooning line (with check weigher , track and trace and shrink wrap). • Managing production team in collaboration with M&DC consultation team for applying lean principles in AlAndalous production facility. Applying Lean tools like 5S, Value stream mapping, Microsoft project, OEE (overall equipment efficiency), Quick change over SMED, and seven waste.

•Technology transfer then formulation, filtration, filling and Lyophilization of Leucogen 150 μg /vial and Leucogen 400 μg / vial (Molgramostim – CSF) under license of BIOGENERIC PHARMA-USA and AMOYTOP PHARMA CHINA. •Participating in sterile filling of Td vaccine, Oral Polio vaccine, Tetanus vaccine and DTP vaccine. •Participating and managing of filling and Lyophilization of Anti-snake venom and Anti-scorpion venom and Bee venom[including developing new parameters of their three cycles]. •Participating as one of auditing team comprised of Egyptian national authorities CAPA and ENRA on Lanzhou institute for the production of Meningitis AC in Lanzhou-China. •Participating as one of 2 persons auditing team representing Egyvac Company on Wockhardt Company (Biotech Park) for the production of Insulin crystals in Aurangabad-India. •Participating in VACSERA team in auditing on process of HUMULIN 100 in LILLY Egypt and on Q.C and Stores of ALKAN Pharma Company related to HUMULIN. •Participating in all startup, commissioning maintenance and upgrading of two TELSTAR lyophilizers. •Designing and putting specification then commissioning and startup for 250L tanks used for formulation, sterile filtration and filling (including designing new suitable software for CIP and SIP station). •Participating in VACSERA team for discussion with GSK auditors on annual audits since 2003 till 2006. •Participating in team for HVAC air rebalancing, changing differential pressure, fumigation cycle readjustment and humidity readjusting then Validation including particulate counting, smoke test, air pattern, differential pressure, air flow and number of air change. •Participating as one of the team for upgrading water station of B#2 facility including pretreatment station and reverse osmosis system and purified water and water for injection and pure steam. •Participating in In-process testing of insulin on HPLC to test total potency and soluble part of Human Insulin Mix 30/70.

• participate in a project with GlaxoSmithKline GSK for production of vaccine under its license in Egypt. • Participating in validation activities of the facility including sterile mobile tanks, CIP/SIP system, filtration system, sterile injection filling line, Autoclaves, Laminar air flow, Water station, Lyophilizer. • Participation and Passing more than 25 media form - media fill activities some of them special for lyophilization and some under supervision of GSK biologicals' representatives. • Participating in pooling, filling and sterility testing of Tritanrix-HB vaccine under license of GSK and auditing of its QA. • Technology transfer then formulation, filtration, filling and Lyophilization of Mencevax AC meningitis A and C vaccine (lactose technology) under license of GSK biologicals. • Technology transfer of new technology of meningitis AC & ACWY vaccine (animal free additives vaccine) production with GSK biological in Belgium including three day training in GSK rixensart site in Belgium. • Formulation, filtration, filling and Lyophilization trials of placebo for measles vaccine under license of GSK. • Participating in all production activities (formulation, filtration, filling and packaging) of all formulas of Human insulin (NPH, regular, 30/70 mixture) with two technology sources the first of BIOTON biotechnology institute from Boland and the second from DONGBAO Biotechnology Company from China. • Participating in all production activities (formulation, filtration, filling and packaging) of all formulas of Human insulin (NPH, regular, 30/70 mixture) with previously mentioned technology with some modifications for insulin crystals from two Indian companies Biocon and Wockhardt. •(Insulin production for more than 15 million vials since 2002 till now). •Technology transfer then formulation Filtration and filling of Hepatitis-B vaccine with technology of GREENCROSS [Vaccine Corporation] from South Korea.
