Responsible to: • Managed end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, from job postings and candidate sourcing to offer negotiations and onboarding. • Spearheaded employer branding initiatives by enhancing job postings and delivering a positive candidate experience. • Consistently surpassed monthly placement targets, conducting approximately 20 interviews per month across various industries. • Maintained detailed talent pipelines using applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets for efficient reporting. • Streamlined the hiring process by negotiating salary offers, preparing offer letters, and finalizing contract terms. • Built and sustained long-term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust talent pool

As a Talent Acquisition, have a job desk: - Collaborate with talent management team to understand workforce needs and position requirements. - Source IT talent by developing clear and compelling job descriptions and posting vacancies on various platforms, including job portals (LinkediIn, Glints, and Smart) and social media. - Review candidate resumes and portfolios to evaluate qualifications, experience, and suitability for available positions. - Conduct Behavioral Event Interviews through google meet to evaluate candidates' basic technical abilities and soft skills until the creation of interview result reports. - Manage database of potential candidates and maintain good relationship with promising candidates for future needs.
